Small Business Websites

I designed and created the Vast Ratings website using Squarespace. My design focused on a minimalist aesthetic and straightforward layout. I organized the content into clear categories, making it simple for users to find specific ratings, analyses, or service descriptions.

I was responsible for the complete design and development of the Moth & Moon Body Art website on the Squarespace platform. My process included crafting the site’s layout, selecting engaging visuals, and optimizing content for clarity and impact. A key focus was integrating the Acuity scheduling system to streamline client bookings, ultimately enhancing the user journey and supporting the business’s operational needs.

Each service has its own dedicated page with detailed descriptions, and scheduling information making it incredibly easy for clients to view availability and book appointments.

For a business like Moth & Moon Body Art Studio, high-quality visuals are a must. I designed the site to prominently feature the client’s stunning tattoo art, piercings and brow work. I wanted the site to showcase the depth and breadth of my client’s skills. Utilizing Squarespace’s gallery blocks, portfolio sections and having short video clips were key to presenting a visually compelling and easily browsable collection of past work.

I kept a straightforward and logical navigation menu (e.g., Home, Services, About, Aftercare, Contact, Book Now) that allows visitors to quickly find the information they need without feeling lost.

For Adige Advisory, I wanted to create a website that reflects my client’s wisdom of financial consulting. I chose to have the look and feel be approachable yet authoritative. My design strategy focused on communicating complex information clearly and facilitating client engagement. I wanted to create a straightforward and logical navigation menu (e.g., Home, Our Solutions, About, Contact) that allows visitors to quickly find the information they need without feeling lost. I created the site using WordPress.

I strategically placed clear calls-to-action throughout the site and made use of an extensive contact form to collect information from viewers. This design helps guide visitors toward making a connection and supporting the client’s lead generation efforts.

“Stories in the City,” a website I created for my client to showcase content around art, happiness, motherhood, and New York City. This project allowed me to leverage a comprehensive skill set, from visual aesthetics to strong technical execution. I created a simple and clear logo with the title “Stories in the City” that establishes the site’s focus and helps with brand recognition. The navigation menu is well-organized, including essential links like “Home,” “Categories” (subdivided into “Happiness,” “Motherhood,” “NYC,” and “Arts & Culture”), “About,” and “Contact Us.” This structure ensures easy user access to different sections of the site.

Blog posts are prominently displayed with engaging images and clear titles, organized into sections like “more stories” and “Arts & culture.” This visual presentation enhances readability and encourages exploration of content. The inclusion of a “Subscribe” section with accompanying images encourages audience engagement and growth. A comment section is also available, fostering community interaction.
